The spam protection check on our forms may set a short-lived token in your browser while you complete a form. Without it we cannot distinguish a person from a script. It cannot be disabled while still submitting the form.

Preferences

Your language choice is expressed in the URL rather than in a cookie. Choosing Portuguese takes you to a /pt address; nothing is stored on your device.

Analytics

Cookieless aggregate measurement may run without storing an identifier. Product analytics, heatmaps and session replay load only after you accept. Advertising campaign measurement also loads only after you accept, and may store first-party click and browser references to attribute a successful action to an ad. After consent, the entry page and permitted campaign parameters can also be kept in session storage for this tab, until it closes or you withdraw consent, so that an enquiry carries its origin. Form inputs and contact details are not sent to analytics, advanced matching is off, and declining leaves the site fully functional.

Free resource access

After a resource request is recorded, a necessary cookie that identifies the resource and language allows that file to be downloaded for 30 minutes. It is signed, unavailable to page scripts and restricted to the download endpoint. It contains a request reference and an expiry time, not your email address. It is separate from optional analytics consent.

Controlling storage

You can clear or block storage for this site in your browser settings at any time. Reading remains available. Form verification requires its token, and resource downloads require their short-lived access cookie.
